Family mediation is not one size fits all. Your situation is unique and deserves an individualized approach. We can mediate any or all of the following:
Sometimes parties reach a full agreement in one mediation. Other times, parties reach a partial agreement and may need multiple sessions to agree on all of the issues. The key to mediation is that you (not a judge) decide if you reach an agreement and what terms you agree to. No pressure.

Mediation is conducted by Zoom teleconference. All you need is a stable Internet connection and a cup of coffee. Parties each join the mediation in their own room -- with their lawyer or by themselves if they don't have a lawyer. They decide which issues they want to talk about and how they want to approach them. The mediator acts as a sounding board and delivers proposed offers between the parties by moving between rooms. The process protects the parties from having to deal directly with the other side unless they want to.

Family law gives the parties the flexibility to make decisions that work for them. Because every situation is different, we can be creative and make agreements that are right for your family. You are making major life changes -- let's make sure they're tailored to what you want and need.

Mediations are scheduled for a two-hour minimum. We charge $300 an hour for a two-hour mediation. If the mediation is booked for three hours or more, the rate is $250 per hour. The fee is typically split between the parties and paid in advance.
